First 2 yrs of the Obama administration was controlled by the Dems! -no plan
Seems “other items of concern” were your target agenda sir!
Now and all of a sudden, time is of the essence to get a plan that He, Obama really doesn’t want because with a plan he can’t spend like a drunken sailor. (Pardon the expression and definitely no dis-respect to the Navy by mentioning Obama and any sailor in the same sentence). With that said, pass the budget Mr. President, quit whining & crying and blaming everyone but yourself. Time to act like a person that isn’t operating above their level of incompetency.
