Bill Clinton is out on the campaign trail. His mission is to rescue the Democratic Party reeling in the shadow of a failed presidency.
A recent poll tells the story. Gallup asked voters if a Barack Obama or Bill Clinton campaign appearance for a candidate would make them more or less likely to vote for that candidate. Among Democrats, Clinton received a net positive rating of 48 percentage points, six points higher than Obama. The gap rocketed higher among independents, who gave Obama a net negative rating of 27 percentage points: only 12 percent said that an Obama campaign stop would make them more likely to vote for the candidate, compared to 39 percent who said it would make them less likely to vote for the Obama endorsed pol.
Wow, what a turn of events in the decade since Bill Clinton left office impeached for lying to a grand jury and disgraced by a series of alleged assaults and lewd acts with various women.
But a newly released book threatens to remind voters of Clinton’s disastrous performance as president. Gen. Hugh Shelton, who was Clinton’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, alleges Clinton lost the nuclear “biscuit” – a card containing the numeric codes he needs to launch a nuclear attack, or response. A president is supposed to carry it with him at all times. Shelton relates the full story in his just-published memoir, Without Hesitation: The Odyssey of an American Warrior. The president’s failure to secure our most basic (and most vital) defense secrets was typical of his approach to national security over eight years that witnessed Chinese spies looting our national laboratories and increased terrorist attacks.
Even without the Shelton memoir, Americans have a short memory. The list of Clinton wrongdoing is legendary.
Remember the credible allegations of rape levied by Juanita Broaddrick? Or charges of assault from Kathleen Willey? Paula Jones received an out-of-court settlement of $850,000 for Clinton’s misbehavior. Other women accusing Clinton of misbehavior include Sally Perdue, Gennifer Flowers, and Elizabeth Ward Gracen.
All of this made a joke of his famous protest about White House intern Monica Lewinsky, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman.” Only later did we learn he deposited a large spot of sperm on her blue dress. Comedians the world over laughed about how he could accomplish this outside of sex.
Other Clinton scandals included but are not limited to: The Whitewater land deal, the Rose Law firm’s missing billing records, illegal profits in cattle trading, the Castle Grande real estate scheme, the Travel office scandal and firing of Billy Dale, Mike Espy’s special favors from Tyson Foods, Filegate and the rummaging of 900 FBI files of Republican officials, Dale Watkins’ improper use of presidential helicopters for golf outings, Web Hubbell’s bilking of law clients, illegal foreign contributions from the Lippo group of Indonesia and numerous Chinese conduits, appointing an ex-bouncer with a history of drug use named Craig Livingstone head of White House security, the mysterious death of Vince Foster and the failure to properly search his office, questionable presidential pardons traded for cash or political favors — and those are just the ones we found out about.
So Bill Clinton may be “Rocking the Democratic Faithful,” as the Rio Grande Sun newspaper recently reported, but prudent voters should remember that his presidency was as failed as Barack Obama’s.

I think back on the last words of President Richard Nixon as he left office following the Watergate coverup scandal. He said, "I am not a crook." It would be very difficult for many not to apply the same words of truth to Bill Clinton, for he is a proven crook and liar.
One of the most disturbing books I've read was a book by Ann Coulter about Bill Clinton. Clinton looks very very bad after she got through with him.

Figuring out what "went wrong with real estate", is quite simple; in the early 90's, I had the "privilege" of working, as an agent, for one of the nation's larger real estate companies! Quite suddenly, we were hit over the head with "equal opportunity housing", mandated by "you-know-who". We were all sent "back to school", to learn "how" to qualify all our clients, for that much desired home mortgage – -it did NOT matter their "ethnicity" or citizenship, nor their financial circumstances- -THEY ABSOLUTELY HAD TO QUALIFY!
It "smelled" bad – -it "was" bad, as evidenced by what has just happened in the entire housing market! And in answer to your "unasked" question – -no, I did not remain in real estate for much longer!
Have you noticed old Bill is looking, well, older. His age, chasing young women, and avoiding his Mrs. (as much as possible) are three of the reasons. The old scoudrel is still somewhat popular among the "Boomers", but I doubt that he impresses the younger set to any great extent. Those of us older than Bill know him for what he is…a lying, cheating, fraud.
When Bill Clinton was elected for a SECOND term….I immediately tore up my voters card in total DISGUST of the GULLIBILITY of the American majority! What chance does the few sane voters have against a tidal wave of ignorance?! Both this clown AND his wife should be in orange prison jump suits…or worse, for the treason they have and are commiting against the American people! Hillary as Secretary of State is nothing less than a NIGHTMARE wearing a pantsuit! She is blatantly violating her oath of office to protect and defend our U.S. Constitution by working with the UN on a treaty to disarm American citizens ~ AN OPEN VIOLATION OF OUR SECOND AMENDMENT! Clinton is like Jimmy Carter: they were both terrible presidents when they were in office but somehow they think voters need to listen to them run their mouths. Two sick individuals that just won’t go away.
Americans are by and large quite lazy and foolish. Americans LIKED Bill Clinton and so overlooked the fact that he was a habitual and skilled criminal and should have been prosecuted for treason for his many crimes against the USA. But Clinton was LIKED. Those who PUT Obama in the White House have learned their lessons well. IN America, if someone is liked and the public relations "spin" is just so, an elected official can get away with murder or Socialized Medicine.
Obama was really LIKED. His spin meisters were absolute virtuosos of the trade, but I digress. The damage Clinton has done to this country has yet to be fully realized. Nuclear secrets gone missing. Missile guidance technology via Loral Space given to the Chinese. In some ways, the nation's tolerance of Bill Clinton, speaks to this nations obvious moral decline. We NEED the Tea Party and what it represents. Thats is accountability being FORCED onto a government that is anything but accountable to the people it supposedly represents.
People have forgotten just how BAD the clinton presidency actually was. He RAISED taxes, laughing the whole time. If people will stop and THINK, it was during HIS presidency that most of the jobs were taken overseas because of TAXES. Every week during his time, jobs were being lost, jobs being downsized! The clintons are just as much like the mob as this imposter we have in the Whitehouse now. Most people have forgotten people like Ron Brown and VINCE FOSTER who got on the wrong side of the clintons! The downfall of our moral base started before the clintons, but moral decay was speeded up during the clintons time. Gennifer Flowers was very forth coming about her time with good ole bill, but no one seemed to listen. It is funny how both bill and obama seem to have issues with women in their lives from momma on…
How can people be so stupid? They voted for another "slick" handsome phoney. Bill Clinton and Barry Obama are from the same political mold. And depending on gullible people to vote for them is what puts them in office.

Why do Americans tolerate Presidents and Presidental hopefuls because we like their personality and their ability to throw false rhetric at us so we believe them? Obama still has a grasp on some people who believe he is still leading them into wealth…new cars, new homes. no taxes for middle class, great new health care, etc. I pray we wake up and stand our ground before the ground disappears from under us!!!!!
Clinton should be remembered as one of our presidents who totallly embarassed us as a nation. And the lying, bowing sucking obama would take a very close second place. I read an article last week written by a gentleman who attended a lot of parties with students, and alumni from Columbia Univ. when obi was supposed to be a student there, and no one knew him, except his date who was a guy, of arab looking decent. Obi always came dressed very well, was never seen with a female, only the guy, and looked dressed beyond his means, since he never had a job. Go figure.
Two terms for Bill Clinton and hopefully one term for obama proves the adage "There's a FOOL born every minute". I work with many such foolish people who voted for these two goons.
