When Barack Obama and John Boehner played golf this weekend, they played on the same team. How appropriate.

Barack Obama has violated the Constitution’s war-making power – reserved by Article I, Section 8, to Congress – from the moment he sent American troops into harm’s way without Congressional approval. He has been violating the War Powers Resolution since at least the 60th day of that … Read the Rest of this Post

We owe John Dodson a great deal of gratitude. Here’s why.

On March 30th, Barack Obama assured gun confiscation advocate Sarah Brady of his ongoing efforts to undermine the 2nd Amendment rights of the American people.

“I just want you to know that we are working on it,” Obama told Brady during her visit at the White House. “We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”… Read the Rest of this Post

Barack Obama’s political appointees are inept, incapable, and needlessly politicize the basic functions of whole segments of the federal government. That is not the assessment of firebrand conservatives but the result of a recent survey of high-placed career federal employees.

The survey, conducted by the Government Business Council, polled 148 Senior Executive Service members. These federal managers ranked Obama’s political appointees at only 2.0, down from the 2.3 … Read the Rest of this Post

In December of last year, Border Agent Brian Terry was killed by Mexican gang members in an Arizona border shootout. Two of the weapons recovered from the scene had been part of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF)’s “Project Gunrunner,” a plot whereby thousands of firearms were deliberately sold to known straw purchasers for Mexican drug cartels, then assisted across the border by the ATF itself.

On May 4th, Obama … Read the Rest of this Post

Well, once again, another key Obama administration official got caught not paying his taxes. This time it was US Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder along with his brother failed to pay property taxes on their childhood home in Queens, New York, which they inherited last August when their mother passed away.

You’d think these chumps would have learned their lesson about taxes by now. But paying their own taxes isn’t a priority … Read the Rest of this Post

The Justice Department has decided: it is perfectly acceptable for the president to send American troops into foreign military adventures without so much as consulting Congress, as long as he is carrying out the will of the United Nations.

Just before Barack Obama’s speech on the budget on Wednesday, the White House revealed that American jets have continued to bomb Libya, after giving the impression this would end. Since the “hand-off,” … Read the Rest of this Post

Several months ago, Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Charles Grassley began an investigation of Project Gunrunner, the disgraceful ATF program of deliberately “walking” guns across the southern border and into the waiting hands of Mexican drug cartel members.

The senator was alerted by ATF whistleblowers, who became fed up after weapons traced to the Project were found at the scene of the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.… Read the Rest of this Post

In May 2009, nurse Catherina Cenzon-DeCarlo was forced to participate in committing a late term abortion in a New York City hospital. Ms. Cenzon-DeCarlo was threatened with the loss of her job and her license if she did not put aside her deeply held religious objections and participate in abortion.

She was told the abortion was an emergency, although the hospital’s records show otherwise. What is clear is that in a … Read the Rest of this Post
