Back in May I told you that Judicial Watch had uncovered explosive documents from the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) indicating Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was heavily involved in crafting a defense for Obamacare while she served as Solicitor General. The documents appear to contradict Kagan’s contention that she was merely an uninvolved bystander. Well, now Congress has joined the effort to get to the truth in the matter, … Read the Rest of this Post

The American Family Radio Network‘s Crane Durham is one of the best friends truth has on the radio. Crane recently interviewed Ben Johnson on his program “Nothing But Truth,” which is heard on 148 radio stations nationwide. They discussed the reasons Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan must recuse herself from the upcoming lawsuit over ObamaCare — and how the White House is stonewalling requests for documents that prove her conflict of interest. Part two … Read the Rest of this Post

Theologians often debate the “age of accountability,” the time in a person’s life when he becomes accountable for his actions before God. Obama’s Regulatory Czar, Cass Sunstein, has a unique answer: It must be at least 49.

When Texas Republican Congressman Michael Burgess confronted Sunstein with his own writings, which suggest the government should deny older people medical care, Sunstein said he had written the paper so long … Read the Rest of this Post

Barack Obama’s political appointees are inept, incapable, and needlessly politicize the basic functions of whole segments of the federal government. That is not the assessment of firebrand conservatives but the result of a recent survey of high-placed career federal employees.

The survey, conducted by the Government Business Council, polled 148 Senior Executive Service members. These federal managers ranked Obama’s political appointees at only 2.0, down from the 2.3 … Read the Rest of this Post

Throughout his time as president, Barack Obama has made ample use of Saul Alinsky’s rules for political warfare. Alinsky’s Rule #5 states “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon,” while Rule #13 prescribes: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Obama has repeatedly mocked and belittled his political opponents, attempted to stifle dissent, and tried to delegitimize news outlets that do not adhere to his party line. Now, he has … Read the Rest of this Post

Documents uncovered by a legal watchdog group prove Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was involved in the Obama administration’s legal defense of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as “ObamaCare.”

Judicial Watch has released a number of administration communiqués that show Kagan, who was then Solicitor General, presided over the president’s response to lawsuits asserting the government health care bill is unconstitutional.

On January 8, 2010, Brian Hauck, Senior … Read the Rest of this Post

Congressman Darrell Issa has written a scathing five-page letter to the Department of Homeland Security stating it demoted an employee who blew the whistle on the department’s illegal stonewalling of Obama’s political foes. Issa, who is the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wrote to Janet Napolitano that the action had the appearance of “retaliation” and that “Obstructing a congressional investigation is a crime.”

Issa states that Catherine Papoi, … Read the Rest of this Post

Imagine two men walk into a bar: Mr. Smith and Mr. Jones. While Mr. Smith orders himself and his new bride a round of drinks, Mr. Jones begins harassing the young lady. Mr. Smith, seeing this behavior, then swaggers back to his seat and describes the physical contest that awaits Mr. Jones if he does not bid Mrs. Smith adieu post haste. As Jones deliberates, Smith warns him, “You have three seconds … Read the Rest of this Post

Just days after a writer for the prominent blog Pajamas Media wrote that he “wouldn’t put impeachment off the table,” another highly exposed conservative has called for Barack Obama’s impeachment. Matthew Vadum of the Capital Research Center wrote on his Twitter account Thursday, “So many reasons to impeach Obama, now he gives us a new one: DOMA. Like it or not it is the law of the land.” Vadum linked to an … Read the Rest of this Post

Fraud is the lingua franca of politics, a language cultivated and refined by generations of corrupt officials, grifters, and perjurers, but only a truly gifted practitioner can allow one unethical action to prepare the way for another. Only a master on the level of Barack Obama can align potentially illegal actions like chess moves, one deftly laying the groundwork for the next. The Justice Department has refused to comply with a Freedom Read the Rest of this Post
