The North Carolina Department of Transportation called for Barack Obama’s impeachment — at least for one day.
Over the weekend, someone hacked into an electronic highway sign and changed its message to a huge, blinking, “Impeach Obama.”
The sign — which is located at the intersection of Unionville-Indian Trail and Ridge roads in Union County, North Carolina — attracted drivers’ attention but apparently no complaints to the state. WSOC-TV reports it notified the NCDOT about the sign’s message on Sunday, and an engineer corrected the sign that evening.
Although one cannot condone this instance of defacing public property, the “Impeach Obama” message could be seen as equal time for the Obama propaganda signs that still dot the highways and byways of the American landscape.
Following the passage of the Obama administration’s $862 billion stimulus, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) told agencies undertaking road improvements that posting a sign touting the virtues of the bill was “highly recommended.” These signs insist the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is “Putting America Back to Work.” Prices ranged anywhere from $40 to more than $10,000 per sign.
Rep. Darrell Issa collected pictures of these big government placards from coast to coast. Last August, Issa’s House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released a 36-page report that named the signs an instance of potentially illegal covert government propaganda.
North Carolina, which traditionally votes Republican in presidential elections, supported Barack Obama in 2008. It is one of many Obama states considered likely to return to the Republican fold in 2012.
But apparently, some people in the Tar Heel State do not want to wait that long.

impeachment isn’t severe enough for this radical muslim marxist. he needs to be charged with treason, murder (from his involvement in “fast and furious”, gunwalker, etc.) and be tried by congress and convicted and hanged, along with all who have supported his fraud against america.
We should have that sign posted throughout the U.S.A. Every American needs to know how the others feel about the President.

Im glad to know I’m not the only one that thinks the poser should be impeached….He is killing our country and is pitting brother against brother, in an all-out attempt to secure another term..to finish us off, as a united country…Whatever it takes to get our point across, is fair-game, however the tactics….Gen. Patton warned us against things like this, however, we didn’t heed the warning, now we must fight to get our country back from those who seek to destroy us. I like what one of Lt.Col. i’ve emailed my congresswoman about the fraudulent BC, and told her if she doesn’t start an investigation, it’s the last time i’m voting for her. sorry to say, she hasn’t responded. i’ve received letters in response from her in the past, so something is up in DC. all the conservative talkers avoid this like the plague, the fact that the fraudulent BC is so phony should have them all harping on this everyday, the fact they are silent means they are fellow perpetrators in this fraud.

Dereliction of duty by not protecting our borders and allowing our borders to be overrun with who knows who, Fast & Furious scheme which resulted in death of a border agent, starting a war in Libya without congressional approval, refusal to protect & defend the Constitution—seems like enough to start impeachment proceedings. This man is out to CHANGE AMERICA. He stated that he wants America to be a MUSLIM NATION BY 2016!! It’s him or us—I say he goes and the sooner the better. If this man is able to manipulate the election process in 2012 and get another term–I fear America as we have know and loved her will not survive.
