The number of people acknowledging that Barack Obama’s lawless actions deserve impeachment has risen by one. Obama’s refusal to defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) is “impeachable,” according to a nationally syndicated, widely quoted talk show host. Bryan Fischer is director of Issue Analysis for Government and Public Policy at American Family Association and host of “Focal Point,” which is heard on the 148 radio stations of the American Family Radio Network. Fischer wrote on the AFA’s website:
Obama is violating his oath of office by refusing to defend DOMA. The Constitution he took a solemn and sacred oath to “preserve, protect and defend” requires him in Article II, Section 3 to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” This refusal to do his sworn duty makes him derelict in his duty, and is both inexcusable and even impeachable.
Fischer also dedicated a segment of his Thursday program to the DOMA decision.
The Christian broadcaster’s influence is only growing. Newsweek magazine (which apparently still exists) paid Fischer a backhanded compliment in a tongue-in-cheek hit piece entitled, “How Bryan Fischer Became the Newest Media Darling.” It describes how Fischer’s straight talking common sense and Biblical conservatism have attracted a growing national audience — a fact that has caused the dinosaur media to frequently distort, mock, and ridicule Fischer’s message and audience.
Fischer joins a growing list of center-Right (and occasionally far-Left) personalities who believe the president should be investigated, and perhaps impeached and removed from office. Radio talk show host Tammy Bruce called for Obama’s impeachment for bringing the Muslim Brotherhood closer to power in Egypt. (It would be difficult to think of two people further apart politically than Fischer and Bruce.) Another Bryan, Bryan Preston of Pajamas Media’s blog, put impeachment on the table the day before Fischer’s blog.
Within the last two weeks alone Newt Gingrich, ACORN expert Matthew Vadum, and others have stated the president’s actions violate the rule of law, ignore legal precedent, and establish a “rule of men” presided over by Obama — and all have had the courage to say these actions could merit impeachment.
Gingrich has since tried to distance himself from the implications of his words, saying, “Congress has every responsibility to demand President Obama live up to his constitutional obligations, but impeachment is clearly not an appropriate action.” However, Gingrich called the president’s DOMA decision “a dereliction of duty and a violation of his constitutional oath,” which is itself impeachable.
The author of Arizona’s immigration law, State Senator Russell Pearce, and former Constitution Party presidential candidate Howard Phillips have stated Obama’s refusal to carry out national immigration laws is impeachable. Phillips recently mailed out a 17-page questionnaire cum indictment of Barack Obama to five million registered voters, asking them if they supported impeaching Obama. It included a section entitled, “Obama Refuses to Enforce Laws He Does Not Like.”
Before Congress will act, it must be assured the American people support an action as bold as impeachment. Signed petitions, public pressure, and the increasing number of significant personalities who support impeachment are important steps. Public backlash against this increasingly imperious president shows the growing storm of public disapproval into which Barack Obama is steering his administration.

Obama also hasn't protected our borders, especially in Arizona! There's such a long list of impeachable offenses against him that I'm beginning to lose track. And yet, what's being done about it? He's just doing the same as the Clintons: Business as usual and ignore his accusers. His bosses are too big, too powerful, too wealthy. Organized crime is behind it all, BANK ON IT! They've taken over the Democrat Party and they're well on their way with the Republican Party, too. Look at all the "RINOs" that keep popping up in the Republican Party. A usurper to the Presidency cannot be Impeached. Impeachment is Reserved for duely elected Officials.
Obama's Faather was of dual Citizenship, therefore Obama does not meet the Constitutional requirements for Natural Born Citizen. Further, Obama was Adopted by Lolo Soereto, an Indonesian Citizen, thereby making barak Obama Soereto an Indonesian Citizen. Additionally there are no records of Obama changing his Citiznship from Indonesian to American so it is possible he is an Illegal Alien. ( he had to be and Indonesian citizen to attend the Madrassa in indonesia and Study the Koran.)
Since Obama has, ILLEGALLY, sealed his records to prevent appropriate inspection of same, it is impossible for anyone to determine his eligibility for POTUS. Why is this allowed to continue after 21/2 years? Americans are basically Cowards, afraid to confront the truth that they allowd themselves to be fooled by a Rock Star personality.
New CEO
The board of directors for a large company, believing it was time for a shake-up, hires a new CEO.
This new boss is determined to rid the company of all slackers, so on a tour of the facilities during his first day, the CEO notices a guy leaning casually against the wall.
The room is full of workers and he wants to let them all know he means business, and wasting time on the clock is not acceptable.
The CEO walks up to the guy and asks, "And how much money do you make a week?"
A little surprised, the young fellow looks at him and replies, "I make $300.00 a week. Why?"
The CEO reaches into his wallet, hands the guy $1,200 in cash, and screams, "Here's four weeks pay, now GET OUT and don't come back!"
Feeling pretty good about his first firing, the CEO looks around the room and asks, "Does anyone want to tell me what that goof-off did here aside from standing around?"
With a sheepish grin, one of the other workers mutters, "That guy delivered our pizza."
Impeachment? Well, what are you waiting for? Oh wait, you need a donation right? I would give, the only thing we are all broke as hell because we don't have jobs! Stop talking about it and start the process! Everyday someone is begging for a donation to try and stave off and curtail something that this "thing" has done! By now everyone should know what and who he is….

As it stands, Usurper Obama/Soetoro had Ken Salazar as the Secretary of the Interior falsify the report by his own panel of experts – as a COVER-UP to his HOSTILE GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER of another US INDUSTRY = oil drilling – and no one has moved on any of it – as an IMPEACHABLE offense…….inclusive of his Acts of Eco-Terrorism and Acts of Political Terrorism – over the suspicious activities w his political contributors British Petroleum w the Deepwater Horizon Oil Rig Explosion and Massive Oil Spew in the Gulf of Mexico – that he refused to maintain for close to 90-days, refused all emergency help from 17 foreign countries w the proper equipment, knowledge and expertise to prevent an environment disaster – in order to push his radical agenda of Cap & Trade legislation.
There are so many reasons why he should have already been impeached that I’ve lost track. People keep speaking of his birth certificate which is a moot point – he’s not eligle based on his father’s status alone. Then of course he has committed bribery, he has not protected the constitution, and he has not upheld our laws. He’s destroying our country and our way of life! We the people along with our military have the right to remove him and anyone else who has committed treasonous acts! The question is . . . Will we? We need one powerful and highly influential person to start this process and the rest will follow. America is waiting, so I am praying that this happens soon before it’s too late.

NO! for this he should be arrested, jailed and tried for treason and sedition befor a military tribunal, (after all as president he is the leader of the military hahaha). For the past two years I have watched this nation fall one American at a time! Never in the history of this nation have we tolerated a president who is more unqualified, inexperienced and wreaking this country in the name of Socialism. I am embarassed to say how stupid and naive we have been to let this man slip through political cracks (thanks to Pelosi who SHOULD be questioned) and let him run this country WITHOUT proper ID (which is sealed along with his other so-called records) and again would ALLOW Obama to run again in 2012 without further questioning. How ignorant are we? I am tired of raising this question and tired of seeing him still in offce. Either Impeach him, remove him or ousted him or live with the regrets! It's time to get Obama out NOW!

Can someone please tell me what is the hold up on getting this infidel (obama) out of the position he is in? And i must say clean the whole house out, there are more than a few. he must be terribly miserable living in this great nation that god has allowed god’s people to enjoy. god gave his son for us (including bho)and he is acting like the devil and trying to destroy every moral that the bible teaches us. bho is deceitful, dangerous, frightening,immoral, illegal and the puppet on a string for an unwelcome organization who i am sure is trying to destroy the entire nation. keep your eyes on the sky and keep praying.
Where is Jo Biden when you need him. He has the power to pull the plug on Obama, Holder and the rest. He is our Vice President. Biden should step up and take the reigns of government. It's his job.
